Very professional SA family owned company. Went there today for a relatively minor enquiry about fittings required to attach a fire fighting pump to my existing rainwater tank (Also a APR product). The service from Damien (DK) was exceptional. Sorted my problem out quickly and supplied the reasonably priced fitting. Offered me a quick tour of the factory as well which I took up. Nothing but the best of service provided by Richard and the team at APR, we had an issue with our hose from the water tank to the pump leaking by not being a tight connection, Richard troubleshooted for us, Reece resolved the issue, very happy customers and no more precious leaking water from our tank. Excellent quality water tanks, great affordability and awesome personalised service.

Would highly recommend APR tanks. A 2000lt tank was delivered for installation, but discovered it was to big for the space, so they kindly swapped the tank for a smaller one, the next day, at no added cost to me The staff are very friendly and understanding.

Building a new home is in itself a stressful time without the extra burden of ensuring the completion of ancillary tasks i.e. Rainwater Tank installation, which are outside of the purview of the building contractor. I had researched several tank manufacturers and reached out to many for advice on the most efficient system to implement into my build as there were many factors to consider when installing said tanks. APR were the "ONLY" company to take the time to discuss my situation / needs and offer several cost effective solutions to my problem. Many thanks to Graham for his patience, experience and guidance in determining a solution and Adam for ensuring it all came together. Part 1 of my system (4 x 15000ltr tanks) was delivered today by Simon who is not only extremely customer focused, his work ethic and overall knowledge of tank placement and location / fitment of valves, made for a seamless installation. I would highly recommend APR Tanks as a preferred supplier of rain harvesting equipment. My decision to use APR is not only price oriented or product quality based, but their willingness to provide advice on the most feasible and cost effective solution to your needs. I will be using APR again in the near future for the completion of my rainwater harvesting system.
